Subject to availability, we can offer you a late check-in until 9 PM at the latest. Please contact our reception for this, either by phone +49 (0)6202 760 16 74 or by email anfrage@inselcamping-kollersee.de

On your arrival day, you will receive an email with a code for a locker, which contains all important information for your check-in.

If you would like to order bread rolls for the next day, you can do so directly via our Camping Kollersee app.

Priority Check-in allows you to drive to your assigned pitch (see email on arrival day) from 11:30 AM without prior registration at the reception. Entry is possible even during the lunch break. Later, you can leisurely come to the reception to complete the check-in. This offers you more flexibility and convenience upon your arrival at our campsite.

If you book a pitch or tent site, you are welcome to bring your dog. An additional fee (per dog) will be charged for your dogs. Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you to keep your pets on a leash on the premises at all times. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per booking.
Pets are allowed in some of our rental accommodations.

Lighting open fires is strictly prohibited throughout the entire recreational area, including the beach. On the campsite, barbecuing with gas, electric, or Lotus grills is generally allowed, provided a minimum distance of 50 cm from the ground is maintained, as well as a sufficient safety distance from tents, caravans, mobile homes, houses, and vehicles, etc. In cases of extreme dryness (fire hazard), further restrictions may apply. Any barbecuing and open fires are expressly forbidden on the beach.

Our pitches consist mainly of grass; some are also graveled.

Your motorhome or caravan must not exceed a permissible total weight of 4.5 tons.

All our pitches have a depth of 11 meters.

To do this, click on “Book now” on the homepage and enter your arrival and departure dates. After selecting the appropriate category for you, the available pitches will be displayed.

You can select your preferred pitch directly in the online booking portal under the categories using the drop-down menu. You can find the map of our campsite on the homepage under -> Site Map.

Each power connection is freely accessible and secured with 16 amperes. 6 kWh are included in the electricity flat rate per night. Excess consumption will be charged separately. We randomly check electricity consumption upon departure.

Charging electric vehicles on the campsite is not permitted (and significantly more expensive than at charging stations).

All our connections are CEE connections (blue, three-pin plug). Please connect your cable exclusively to the assigned connection for your pitch. Please note the labeling of the power boxes and sockets. Should the socket be occupied by another guest, please contact us immediately.

You can purchase adapters and extension cords at our reception.

There is no power supply on the tent meadow. Cool boxes with 220-volt connections can be stored in our large lockers with power outlets. Small lockers with power connections are also available for mobile phones/tablets/laptops. Please register at the reception for booking.

It is not permitted to lay an extension cable from the lockers to the tent meadow due to the risk of accidents and injuries.

We are not liable for the contents of the locker.

When booking your vacation, you pay 50% of the total price directly via PayPal or credit card. The remaining amount will be paid upon departure on-site in cash, by debit card, or credit card.

On selected public holidays, a specific minimum stay applies for your vacation on pitches and in rental accommodations.

Furthermore, our pitches can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights on weekends. Example: If arrival is on Thursday, departure on Saturday is possible, as the booking is for 2 nights.

For our rental accommodations, separate minimum stay periods apply, which you can find under the ‘Rental Accommodation’ tab for each respective object.

For a booking with a roof tent or folding caravan, you can book a pitch in category S, M, or L, depending on availability and your personal preferences.

The “Tent Meadow” category is not permitted for vehicles.

After your check-in at the reception, you can re-enter the campsite with your license plate until 10:30 PM. If you wish to re-enter the campsite after 10:30 PM, we ask you to temporarily park your vehicle in the waiting area until the next morning.

When booking a pitch, you can park your vehicle directly on the plot. One vehicle per caravan is included in the price. Additional vehicles must be parked for a fee directly in the public parking lot in front of the campsite. Please register at the reception for this.

When booking a tent site, your vehicle will be parked in the public parking lot for a reduced fee after unloading. Additional vehicles must be parked for a fee directly in the public parking lot in front of the campsite. Please register at the reception for this.

When booking a rental accommodation, your vehicle can be parked directly in the designated parking space for the accommodation on the campsite. This includes the following rental accommodations: Safari-Lodge Sanisbar, Mauritius and Madagascar; Shepherd’s Wagons Willi and Herrmann; Chalets Emma, Lisbeth, Tina and Tonja; Log Cabins Chiemsee and Kollersee; Mobile Homes Moby Dick, Neptun and Joana.

For all other rental accommodations, the vehicle can be parked free of charge in the public parking lot in front of the campsite.

The tent meadow cannot be accessed by car/motorcycle. For loading and unloading, you can temporarily park in the designated area in front of the tent meadow. Vehicles must then be parked in the parking lot.

Even if you’re already looking forward to your vacation, unfortunately, something unforeseen can always happen.

For cancellations, the conditions according to our General Terms and Conditions apply. To save you unnecessary costs in case of cancellation, we recommend you secure yourself with travel cancellation insurance from our partner ERGO Versicherungen.

The roads and paths of the campsite consist of gravel and grit, and are therefore difficult to navigate with a wheelchair or rollator. Please consider this when booking.

In the large sanitary building, you will find a bathroom for people with reduced mobility. Please register at the reception for this.

Minors under 18 years of age are only allowed to stay overnight on our campsite when accompanied by a legal guardian.

We have a ticket system for our Wi-Fi. Tickets for this can be purchased for a fee at our reception.

We provide you with paid internet access in the form of Wi-Fi access (“Hotspot”) on our premises. The provision of the hotspot depends on our respective technical and operational capabilities. There is no entitlement to a functional hotspot or a specific local coverage of the hotspot. Furthermore, we do not guarantee that the hotspot can be used without interference or interruption. Nor can we guarantee transmission speeds.

We reserve the right to change, restrict, or discontinue access to the hotspot without prior notice in the event of necessary technical repair and maintenance work. There is no entitlement to use specific services via the hotspot. In particular, port blocking may occur. Generally, internet browsing and sending and receiving emails are enabled.

We do not offer any communal areas for leisure activities or cooking on our campsite.

There is no possibility to charge e-cars on our campsite.

Your neighbor hears everything; especially when they are here to relax. Large sound systems, speakers, or musical instruments are prohibited. Please be considerate of other guests!

The campsite is not connected to the public transport network. The nearest stop can be found in Otterstadt, approximately 4 km away (Otterstadt Mitte stop).

Access to Kollersee is only permitted for watercraft without a motor. This also includes electric or battery-powered boats.

Fishing is not allowed on the bathing beach located in front of the campsite. For other areas, a fishing license can be obtained at:

The beach, in its entire length, analogous to the campsite area, is owned by the site and is exclusively for recreation. This section of the beach is a family beach where appropriate swimwear must be worn.

Windsurfing and kitesurfing are only permitted here on days when there is no swimming activity. Launching objects exceeding an area of 4 sqm into the water, as well as ‘parking’ them on the beach, is not permitted. This applies in particular to catamarans, sailboats, and large inflatable objects. The site operator may issue further rules & prohibitions on the beach.

Due to the sensitive nature and the protection of local flora and fauna, flying drones within this nature reserve is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized operation of drones can cause significant disturbances to wildlife and endanger the ecological habitat. All visitors are requested to respect the drone flight ban in the nature reserve and comply with the applicable regulations. In case of violations, legal action may be taken. Thank you for your support in protecting this valuable natural oasis.
